Dr. Baroody is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. He was born in Florence, S.C. and grew up in Columbia, S.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. He has practiced in Lancaster, S.C. and most recently in Fayetteville, N.C. where one of his major duties was to serve as an attending OB/GYN for the Duke University residency program. His areas of special interest include urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery.
